Deskera eLeave allows the users to generate various types of reports on the data that is generated regarding employee leaves, leave types, shifts, attendance, roster, etc. This article focuses on the Leaves per User Report that can be generated under the Reports section in Deskera eLeave.
This report shows all the leaves that have been availed by an employee including paid and unpaid during a specific time period along with other organizational details of the employee.
Note: Individual users can generate this report only for themselves or as per their role hierarchy. The company administrator can generate the report for all employees.
Prerequisites:
1. Ensure you have your Deskera eLeave application URL in place.
2. Ensue that Leaves per User Report is enabled under Reports in Master Configuration
3. Ensure a good internet connectivity
Step 1: Go to Leaves per User under Report Manager on eLeave Dashboard

Step 2: Select the Employee and the department for whom report is to be generated

Step 3: Enter the time duration for which report is to be generated

Step 4: Select Leave Type and Leave Status, and click on Fetch

Step 5: Select the employee/record and click on Export to choose the format of Report

Step 7: Click on Export All to generate report for all records
