View My Claim Application

View My Claim Application feature enables you to see all your claims and its details at one place. You can check the status of a claim as well as view and export the claim.

Prerequisites:

1. You have your Deskera eClaims application URL in place.

2. You are the administrator of the eClaims application.

3. Ensure good internet connectivity.

Step 1: Go to View My Claim Applications under Claims widget in eClaims.

Step 2: Under View My Claims Tab, you can select the dates and fetch the required data. You can also export the claims in Excel and well as PDF format.

Step 3: To view the details of a claim, select the claim and click on View Claim option.
